Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

Contactwho offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription payment. We want you to be confident in your investment, and if Contactwho isn't the right fit, we make it easy to get a refund.

What Qualifies

  • Your refund request is made within 30 calendar days of your first subscription payment.
  • The guarantee applies to the first payment only — whether that is a monthly charge or an annual charge.
  • Both monthly and annual plans are eligible for a full refund under this guarantee.

What Does Not Qualify

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day window has passed.
  • Subsequent renewal payments (second month onward or annual renewal). You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Requests made in bad faith or by users who have previously received a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@contactwho.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your Contactwho account.
  3. Briefly describe why Contactwho didn't meet your expectations (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve).

You can also submit a refund request through our support form by selecting “Billing & Subscription” as the subject.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to a limited state. You will no longer have access to paid features or remaining credits. Your saved contacts and data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
